New boarding concept from April 2025 – board with ease

Starting April 3, 2025, boarding with us will be even smoother
To ensure you enjoy your journey from the very beginning, we've improved the boarding process for a seamless and more comfortable experience.

Our new boarding groups:
GROUP 1: BIZclass passengers and status customers (HON & SEN) continue to enjoy Priority Boarding as usual. 
Coming soon: Priority Boarding with limited availability can be booked for an additional fee.
GROUP 2: Passengers traveling on the SMART fare, as well as BASIC customers with a large cabin bag added to their booking, board next.
GROUP 3: BASIC fare travelers with a small underseat bag as hand baggage will board shortly after.

👶 Pre-boarding for families: Travelers with young children board first to allow extra time for a relaxed and stress-free start.
