More direct flights, more flexibility: Our new connections to the Gulf region

Summary
  • Berlin: New to Abu Dhabi
  • Hannover: First nonstop to Dubai
  • Stuttgart: Now also to Jeddah
  • Cologne/Bonn: Increase to four times a week to Dubai

Just in time for the world’s largest travel trade fair, ITB, we have exciting news for you: Our route network is expanding with three new direct connections from Germany, and we’re also significantly increasing the frequency of existing routes. This means even more flexibility and comfort for your travels.

Starting in November 2025, we will offer three non-stop flights per week from Berlin to Abu Dhabi. Following Dubai and Jeddah, this marks the capital’s third long-haul destination. Additionally, we are increasing the frequency of our Berlin-Dubai flights up to eleven times per week instead of the previous seven.

Exciting news also awaits travelers from Hanover: From November 4, we will introduce the first-ever non-stop connection from Lower Saxony’s capital to the Gulf region, with direct flights to Dubai three times a week.

Baden-Württemberg is also gaining a new connection: We will be flying from Stuttgart to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, twice a week. At the same time, we are boosting our Dubai service up from four to six weekly flights. Travelers from our home airport in Cologne-Bonn can also look forward to increased frequency, with four weekly departures to Dubai starting in November.
