New on Board: Settle your purchases with miles
Eurowings is introducing a new service feature: from the beginning of December, passengers can redeem for their onboard purchases directly with Miles & More miles. At the same time, guests will continue to earn miles when purchasing snacks, drinks and selected products. This offers an easy and convenient way – especially for occasional travellers – to make meaningful use of their mileage balance, with no minimum spend and no redemption deadlines.

Faster check-in: Automatic document check now available online and in the app
Automated document verification – Automated Doc Check (ADC) – is now available for non-Schengen flights on the Eurowings website and in the app. Passengers can now simply enter their passport details themselves during online check-in and have them checked automatically. If everything is correct, no additional document check is required at the airport – saving time and making check-in much more convenient.

New in the Eurowings app: Push notification when the departure gate changes
The Eurowings app now provides customers with real-time information about changes to departure gates. The push notification appears at exactly the same moment as the displays in the terminal are updated. To receive these notifications, the Eurowings app must be installed and the push function activated. This means travelers are always up to date and can relax at the airport without having to keep an eye on the display boards.

Wine Upgrade Onboard: Riesling & Pinot Noir by Motzenbäcker
Since November, Eurowings has enhanced its culinary offering with two premium wines from the renowned Motzenbäcker winery in Germany’s Palatinate region. The family-run estate is known for sustainable cultivation, artisanal craftsmanship and expressive wines from top vineyard sites. Newly added to the onboard selection: Motzenbäcker Riesling 2024 and Motzenbäcker Pinot Noir 2023. Both wines enrich the inflight menu and pair especially well with the new L’Osteria pasta – creating a refined moment of enjoyment above the clouds.

Eurowings introduces new AI chatbot
Eurowings now offers customers a new AI-powered chatbot that helps them get information even faster. Instead of navigating through click paths, users can freely formulate their questions—such as “How heavy can my luggage be?” or “How do I book sports equipment?” This allows passengers to get answers to their booking questions in a matter of seconds – without having to make a phone call or send an email. Fresh Surprise: Launch of the “Pauschal Airfrischt” Seat
From 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026, Eurowings is introducing a new special seat: the “Pauschal Airfrischt” seat from Eurowings Holidays. The seat is marked with a branded headrest cover and offers a small bonus to its lucky, randomly seated guest. Anyone who finds themselves in this seat will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic refreshment – adding a touch of ease to their journey.
