Flex Premium now available as an ancillary

With the launch of Flex Premium (FXPR) as an ancillary (ANC), we are expanding our offering for personalised travel planning across all fare types. This additional product provides particularly generous rebooking and cancellation conditions – ideal for those who wish to remain flexible, starting from just €90.

What is Flex Premium?

Flex Premium can be added during the initial booking and offers highly flexible options for rebooking and cancellation:

✈️ Rebooking

Flights with Flex Premium can be rebooked free of charge up to the closure of online check-in – that is, up to 40 minutes before departure – to another available travel date (plus any fare difference), provided the route and passenger remain unchanged.

❌ Cancellation

Cancellations are possible until check-in closes – online, via mobile, by phone through our Call Centre, or in person at the airport counter.

It is also possible to cancel on the day of departure – provided contact is made with the Eurowings Call Centre on the same day. In this case, cancellation is possible for a fee.

Important: Rebooking or cancellation is no longer possible after the scheduled departure date has passed.

How can Flex Premium be booked?

Flex Premium can now be added as an ancillary regardless of the selected fare (BASIC, SMART, or BIZclass) via eurowings.com, the Eurowings travel agency portal, and the technical WINGS API (provided the Direct Connect partner supports ANC). Currently, booking is not available via the Eurowings corporate portal, the SOAP API (Direct Connect), or GDS.
