Your Premium BIZ Seat incentive: Earn €50 extra per booked seat

For each non-cancelled booking that includes a sold seat reservation in the Premium BIZ Seat, participating travel agencies will receive a €50 net incentive per booked flight route and passenger.

The incentive is exclusively aimed at in-person travel agencies in the Corporate and Leisure sectors.
The following are not eligible to participate: end customers, OTAs, tour operators, direct corporate clients, and other undisclosed distribution channels.

Flight period: 22 November 2025 – 28 March 2026
Booking period: From the start of sales on 20 August 2025 until 28 March 2026

• The settlement and payment of the incentive will take place after 3 April 2026.
• The latest date for submitting the relevant bookings is 3 April 2026.

• The participating travel agency (RSB) is responsible for providing proof of the bookings.
• Proof must be submitted via an Excel list containing the booking codes, which should be sent to Eurowings by email and protected by a password. The password must be sent separately by email.
• After Eurowings has reviewed the list, the travel agency shall issue an invoice for the total amount to be paid and send it to incentive_premiumbizseat@eurowings.com. In the event of any disputes regarding the settlement or the underlying calculations, Eurowings’ decision shall be final and binding.

• Duplicate payments are excluded.
  If a booking is submitted by multiple parties (e.g., an individual office and the head office, or two offices), payment will be made only once – in case of doubt, to the office that submitted the booking first.

Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, all air transport contracts concluded within the framework of this promotion are subject to the provisions of Eurowings’ General Conditions of Carriage. Changes to the flight schedule are reserved.

Eurowings shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, Eurowings’ liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Participation and all obligations arising therefrom, including any claims for damages and contractual penalties, are entirely governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with participation is Cologne.

No verbal agreements have been made in addition to these terms and conditions.

Personal and company-related data collected in connection with participation in this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used solely for purposes related to the execution of this promotion. To the extent necessary for the conclusion or handling of contracts and services by Eurowings, personal data of the participant and/or their employees may be shared with service providers and/or other third parties.

The participant guarantees that they will comply with all data protection requirements for the collection, processing, and use of their employees' personal data within the scope of this promotion by Eurowings.
